SGA Printing Policies
-Bring us your posters and designs and see them printed in color!
-Posters: Size- 11’’ x 17’’ – 2 uses a semester, 50 prints total a semester
-Flyers: 8.5’’ x 11’’ – 2 uses a semester, 50 prints total a semester
-Handbills: 3’’ x 5’’ – 2 uses a semester, 25 prints (100 handbills) a semester (4 handbills are printed on one sheet, organizations are responsible for cutting the handbills).
-Please fill out this form via the SGA OrgSync page.
-Please submit your request 10 days before you want them picked up. SGA is not obligated to rush any last minute requests for your organization.
-Once your prints are completed, a director from the SGA office will notify you that they are ready for pickup (using the contact information provided when you filled out the form). Print orders can be picked up within the normal business hours of the Student Government Office from 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
-All print materials may have the “SGA Student Fee’s At Work” logo attached

SGA Rental Policies
The Student Government Assembly provides student organizations with tent, table cloth, and rowdy rentals for events. Prior to the event, the SGA asks that organization officers fill out this request form via the SGA OrgSync page. Please contact Falyn Swerer (fswererm@msudenver.edu) with any further questions.
SGA Graphic Design Policies
-Every week, the SGA graphic designers will work on 1 graphic design project for a student organization. Undertaking of these projects will be done on a first come, first serve basis.
-Please fill out this form via the SGA OrgSync page.
-You are allowed one Custom Logo design per calendar year, and one custom designed poster/flyer per calendar year
