Field Instructor Round Tables

 Time:      8:30am-10:30am

Where:   Auraria Campus, Tivoli 320 A, B

Light breakfast, coffee, and parking pass provided.

For this purpose, a roundtable is a mini-meeting where colleagues gather to discuss and strategize about particular subjects pertaining to their work.   The roundtable is an idea-exchange designed to address specific topics that we are all seeing in the field placement.   It is also a chance to network with other community partners in order to build community, feel supported, and relate to common struggles and successes.   Each roundtable will be designated a specific topic  and will have no more than 8 participants.  Participants may elect to attend whichever roundtable they want.   In this meeting, participants will have an opportunity to participate in two different 30-minute roundtable discussion.

Please join us for this opportunity to network with other professionals, hear MSU Denver Social Work Program updates, and receive valuable training for continuing professional development.  We will also be reviewing and providing a quick orientation to the field evaluations at the end of the meeting!

Please RSVP by clicking here.

Certificates of attendance will be provided.   Participation in the training will count towards the requirements for DORA's 40 hours of Continuing Professional Development for all LCSW and LSWs.  For more information on the CPD requirements for licensure, click here .
