Individuals and Families Concentration
Students who are accepted into the Individuals & Families Concentration will study, research and apply knowledge through practice using the knowledge, values and skills related to working as advanced clinical social workers with individuals, families and groups. Within this area of concentration, students will choose to focus study and field work on one of the health and mental health tracks:

Child Welfare Track
After graduation, MSWs are eligible to complete additional state requirements to earn Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status.
Required Foundation Coursework
MSW Regular Program students will complete the following foundation coursework after being admitted to the program. The plan below reflects the required sequence for a full-time student. Part-time students will receive a plan of completion from the Social Work Department.
