MSW Program Student Advisory Committee
This committee will be open to any MSW student who can make a year-long commitment. This committee will be student-led and will be actively involved in many MSW Program policy decisions. The MSW Student Advisory Committee will be chaired by a MSW student in either the Advanced Standing or Regular (2-Year) Program. The remaining membership is comprised of MSU Denver BSW students who are committed to applying to the MSW Program and those that have been admitted to the MSW Program. The committee has the option of asking alumni to participate as well. The departmental liaison is the Department Coordinator who attends meetings when invited by the membership or when the Department Coordinator requests a meeting. Students will be informed of this opportunity on the MSW Program website and through advising.
