Facilities Improvement Request Form (FIRF) (43 KB)
The Facilities Improvement Request Form is the form used to request changes and/or improvements to any Metro State space on the Auraria campus (see SPARC Procedures to determine whether to generate a FIRF for maintenance/improvements/remodeling or an AHEC Work Order for routine maintenance).
A FIRF can be submitted by following the the Manual Submission Procedures (
