Yoga as Therapy
Whether you are recovering from an operation or physical injury or lack the ability to practice a normal exercise program — Yoga has a place for you.
Gentle Yoga
Perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners wishing to slow down using gentle movement to welcome mind-body awareness. 
Yoga Basics
This program is designed for first time yoga students who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga.  All levels are invited to attend.
Yoga Nidra 
Yoga Nidra is an ancient guided meditation. Come and join us for this total mental and physical relaxation and rejuvenation practice.
Hatha Yoga
Learn how to rejuvenate your body and mind with simple yoga postures while discovering how yoga connects the body, mind and spirit.
Iyengar Yoga
Iyengar yoga is most famous for its emphasis on proper alignment. Props are used to help attain poses and create a sense of ease even in the midst of working with challenging postures.
Good Morning Yoga
Come and join this morning energy booster of asanas, pranayama and meditation.  Let these simple practices stretch, energize and balance your body mind and spirit for a bright new day!
Yoga Flow
Flow yoga is an active style of yoga linking poses together with the breath. Flow yoga brings the perfect balance of energy and calm to the body and mind.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is called the Yoga of Awareness.  With simple movements and breath work you will learn how to relieve stress, increase your energy and get to know yourself better than you ever have before. 

Meet our Instructors:

Jessica Wolf discovered Nia in 1997 while recuperating from repetitive injuries of competitive running. The non-impact dance helped her recover and led to a new connection between her body, mind and emotions. She is the owner of Studio Soma. www.studio-soma.com

Sajit Greene is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dance Movement Therapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and experience the joy of movement

Anne Hart is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She completed teacher training at Shambhava School of Yoga, Tias Little Teacher Training and The Denver Institute of Integrated Yoga.

Steven Ridley began formal study of Qigong, Yogic Meditation and Qi-Healing in 1975. He conducts seminar and retreat programs nationally. His website is http://stevenridleymeditationqigong.com

Lia Ridley was raised in Transylvania, Romania, where she was introduced to
the joy of dance at a young age, by observing the Gypsies. She has performed and taught belly dance all of her adult life.

Adetunji A. Joda, back from retirement, is a native Nigerian of the Yoruba tribe, and has been teaching and
performing since 1974. He is the founder (1979) of the Denver-based dance groups Irepo African Dancers and Drummer, and Joda & Friends. To learn more about this exciting group go to www.afrikandance.com

Hukum Singh is the founder and developer of Resonance Engine experience.  In addition to teaching others to appreciate and live the essences of music, he is a Kundalini yoga instructor and member of the Sikh community.

Derik Eselius has studied with world renowned teachers such as Baba Hari Dass, Tias Little & Richard Freeman. He is the director of the Denver Institute of Yoga and teaches nationally.  For more about Derik go to www.yogid.com

Stefania Nohavickova, RYT received her yoga certification from the Prana Yoga and Ayurveda Mandala Training Center. She is currently advancing her studies in Yoga Nidra and Yoga Therapy at the PranaYoga & Ayruveda Mandala Training Center.

Patricia Hansen, M.A. has studied with Swami Satchidananda and many other yogis and has taught yoga for over 40 years.
She is an international and national lecturer and a faculty member at Metro State College

Hansa Knox Johnson, LMT, ERYT received her yoga certification at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She is a trainer of yoga teachers and the proprietor of  PranaYoga & Ayruveda Mandala Training Center and Yoga Studio www.pyamandala.com
