Green Pharmacy: Herbal Medicine Making

For beginner and herb enthusiast alike, this hands-on medicine making class is a wonderful way to learn about herbs and their medicinal uses. Learn to prepare and use: medicinal teas and tinctures and take home the medicines you make.
Jennifer Roth attended Bastyr University and studied Herbal Sciences. Her focus was herbal medicine making with a strong background of science. She currently works at Apothecary Tinctura as a clinical herbalist and massage therapist.
Partner Yoga and Massage

An Introduction to Kundalini Yoga
April 11, 10:00-1:00 Kundalini is called the Yoga of Awareness. With simple movements and breath work you will learn how to relieve stress, increase your energy and get to know yourself better than you ever have before.
Hukum Singh is the founder and developer of Resonance Engine experience. In addition to teaching others to appreciate and live the essences of music, he is a Kundalini yoga instructor and member of the Sikh community.
