The Health Center at Auraria abides by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA). Click here for a copy of the Health Center's privacy policies, or you can request a copy from the front desk staff at the Health Center.

All records are confidential and cannot be released to anyone without your written authorization. The only exception is when a record is subpoenaed by court order or required by public health law.
