Our Mission:
To work closely with students, faculty and staff regarding the processing of tuition, refunds and other related transactions. We strive to offer quick, friendly service as well as clear explanations for related questions or concerns.
About Us:
The Cashiers Office is responsible for all student tuition and fee payments and financial aid refunds. Other duties and services include:
- Perkins payments
- Student organization deposits
- Department transmittals
- Cutting short term loans checks upon approval from the Short Term Loan Office
- Distributing payroll checks
- Distributing faculty advances or reimbursements
- Issuing emergency parking permits at the request of faculty and staff
- Parking permits are issued to unpaid guest speakers only
