Event Sponsorship Request Form
We feel it is important to try to support other campus units whenever possible. As part of that goal, we will co-sponsor events from time to time. If you are interested in having our office co-sponsor an event you are putting on please know that we expect to be involved in the planning, and the event needs to be at least four weeks from today's date.
