The Student Travel Program
The MSU Denver Student Travel Program is a Student Fee funded program that provides travel grants. These grants help fund the cost of transportation, registration and lodging for qualified individuals or student groups wishing to attend regional and national professional conferences. Individual students or student groups may apply for funding once each academic year (July 1 – June 30).
- Individuals (students making scholarly presentations): Eligible for up to $650.00 per conference (one per year)
- Groups (three or more students): Eligible for up to $2,000 per conference (one per year)
Call a Student Travel employee at least two weeks in advance of proposal submission date to schedule a consultation meeting to discuss specifics of the proposal process. Please be aware of deadlines. NO late proposals will be accepted. The Student Travel Program proposal and presentation should be student-led.
