Calendar of Proposal Due Dates
Please note:

Before submitting a proposal, the lead student must meet with a Student Travel employee no later than two weeks before submitting a proposal to discuss specifics of the request. Call 303 556-2595 to schedule this appointment.

All proposals must be complete, and include all signatures and attachments as indicated in the Student Travel Checklist. Incomplete or late proposals will not be accepted.

Proposals must be submitted by the due date below to a Student Travel employee in the Office of Student Activities in Tivoli 305.
