Calendar of Proposal Due Dates
Please note:
- Before submitting a proposal, the lead student must meet with a Student Travel employee no later than two weeks before submitting a proposal to discuss specifics of the request. Call 303 556-2595 to schedule this appointment.
- All proposals must be complete, and include all electronic signatures and attachments as indicated in the Student Travel Checklist. Incomplete or late proposals will not be accepted.
- Proposals must be submitted using OrgSync by the due date below:
