This online course provides surveying and engineering technology students the writing experiences to prepare technical specifications. This course focuses on contract types, contract elements, professional negligence, intellectual property rights, and tendering and negotiation, and other surveying and engineering functions. The course provides surveying and engineering technology students a complete overview of the legal and technical aspects of writing engineering specifications.
