Jim Berger

As CEO of High Noon Entertainment, Jim supervises development and overlooks production of more than twenty series currently in production for twelve networks including ABC Family, TLC, Food Network, HGTV, Discovery, Animal Planet and TV Land. HNE, one of the country's largest suppliers of story-driven alternative programming, will deliver more than 500 programs in 2007, including 350 programs in HD.
As an executive producer, Jim created ABC Family's series Kicked Out, Discovery's Surprise by Design, Animal Planet's long-running series Emergency Vets, PAX TV's Faith Under Fire, Food Network's prime-time hit Unwrapped, Style Network's Stripped, and HGTV's Designer Finals.
Prior to founding HNE in 1997, Jim was an executive at TCI-owned Liberty Media, where he was president of TCI's Intro Television, a sampler channel of emerging networks seen in 15 million TCI homes. He began his career as a television news photographer for local affiliates including Denver NBC affiliate KUSA-TV.
William Horton

William Horton has been designing technology-based training since 1971 when, as an undergraduate, he designed a network-based course for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Center for Advanced Engineering Study.
William is a registered Professional Engineer, an MIT graduate, and Fellow of the Society for Technical Communication. He is a recipient of ACM's Rigo Award for contributions to software documentation, IEEE's Alfred N. Goldsmith Award for contributions to engineering communications, and the IF Award (Germany) for industrial design. He recently served on ASTD's eCC (E-learning Courseware Certification) Committee, which drafted quality standards for evaluating e-learning courses.
William Horton is a prolific author. His books include E-learning by Design, Designing and Writing Online Documentation, Leading E-learning, Evaluating E-learning, Using E-learning, and Secrets of User-Seductive Documents. He is co-author of E-learning Tools and Technologies (with his wife Kit), Getting Started in Online Learning, and The Web Page Design Cookbook.
John Kuglin

John Kuglin is currently the Director of Technology for the Eagle County School District in Eagle, Colorado. ECSD is in the heart of the Colorado ski country and serves 18 schools in Vail, Beaver Creek, and other major resorts. John also serves as an educational consultant with Los Angeles based Scope Seven in the development of Education and Training Programs for the company. Some of his responsibilities at Scope Seven include creating, developing and marketing the eeDVD (Educationally Enhanced DVD) concept. It is the first of its kind to combine educationally sound materials with Hollywood films. The first eeDVD title, "Super Size Me" was released in March of 2005. This is an educational version of the award-winning, Academy nominated documentary. John is featured on the DVD, introducing the educational concepts of the film. Prior to Scope Seven, John retired as Associate Dean of Continuing Education from the University of Montana where he initiated the first complete online course environment and served as Executive Director for a multi-million dollar NASA research grant at UM which targeted classroom teachers.
Jennifer Sturr

Jennifer Sturr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the State University of New York at Plattsburg, and a Master of Business Administration from William Woods University. Jennifer has worked in the technical writing field for 17 years as both a technical writer and a manager of technical communications departments. She began her career as a Technical Writer for Carrier Corporation, writing installation and maintenance manuals for commercial air handling systems. At Electrovert, Inc., Jennifer worked as a Technical Writer responsible for installation, operation, and maintenance manuals for printed circuit board wave soldering equipment. She was later promoted to Technical Publications Manager. In 1998, Jennifer joined Gambro BCT (formerly COBE Laboratories) as the Technical Communications Project Manager. She developed the Technical Communications department within the organization. She manages writers to create and maintain technical materials, including but not limited to Operator's Manuals, training materials, information for use leaflets, and various regulatory materials required by the FDA and other worldwide regulatory agencies.
Kathy Yeager

Kathy Yeager, Vice President of Human Resources, for the Medical Center of Aurora and Centennial Medical Plaza, Colorado has a master's of science degree in organizational management and a MBA from the University of Colorado and has a SPHR designation. She has extensive experience as a human resources executive in healthcare and other industries. Industry experience includes finance, brewing and manufacturing, and multi-unit services. She has contributed to organizations as both an external consultant and as a senior-level HR executive. She has taught as several universities as a graduate-level adjunct faculty member. She has published several articles related to human resources subjects, including change management and staff retention. Most recently, her article on retention was included in the 2007 Pfeiffer Annual: Human Resource Management.
She also serves on the boards of the Leadership Aurora community leadership development program and has been an active volunteer in many community activities.
