Software Request Forms- Individual and Departments
To request software or online subscription services, please complete the appropriate form below depending on your purchase need. (Individual is for single user purchases and Departmental is used for multiple license requests). For fastest action on your request, please take care to enter all requested information. When you submit the form, an automated e-mail will be sent to Software Services for processing. You will receive an e-mail response and may be contacted to provide clarification for further details about your request.
Licensing Requirements:
Software purchased either by an instructor, or a department, must be legally licensed. The software license must cover the intended maximum number of simultaneous users or maximum number of devices it will be installed on, depending on the license agreement. Installation and use of the product must abide by the publisher’s software license. Software Services will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding license requirements.
