First Time Outlook User

Configure New Outlook Account

  • Go to Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Outlook 2007

  • Click Next on the Outlook Start up dialog box

  • The Account Configuration dialog box will open, the ‘yes’ radio button will be selected by default, Click Next

  • The Add New Email Account dialog box will open, your email address will populate the field by default

  • Click Next and Finish

  • Your Outlook email account will open

Set up Outlook Account

  • Click Start > All Programs > Control Panel

  • Double-click the Mail Icon

  • Click the E-mail Account… button

  • Click the New button in the Account Settings dialog box

  • Microsoft Exchange email account is selected by default, Click Next 

  • Enter your Name, Email Address and Password and Click Next

 

Accessing Outlook/Exchange Email via Internet
