With the name change, everyone's emails in the global address book have changed from @mscd.edu to @msudenver.edu. However, in Outlook 2011, it still holds on to the users e-mail with the @mscd.edu domain. This causes Outlook 2011 to think that you are different from your global address card, and if you hit reply all the messages that you were not BCC'd on, you will be included in the recipients.

In order to fix this issue, you should update your Outlook account preferences to make sure it reflect to the @msudenver.edu name

Launch Outlook 2011

On the Menu Bar, click Outlook > choose Preferences…

In the Outlook Preferences dialog box, under Personal Settings, click on Accounts

In the Accounts dialog box, under Personal information, make sure the E-mail address field reflect the account with the @msudenver.edu name
