Import Slides of an Existing Presentation to a Google Presentation

1.   Go to Import menu > Import slides

2.   In Import Slides dialog box, do the following:

  • Select a desired presentation in the Google Docs box

  • The thumbnail preview of all slides of the selected presentation will displayed in the dialog box
  • Do one of the following:
    • Click the box before the slide number

    • Click Select all slides link to select all the slides of the selected presentation

    • Click Deselect all slides link to unselect all slides

    • Click Import button to add selected slides to a new Google Presentation
