Create Headers and Footers

Insert the Header or Footer

  • Select a worksheet

  • Go to View tab > Workbook Views group > click Page Layout

  • Do any of the following:

    • Double click in Click to add header to insert a header

    • Double click in Click to add footer to insert a footer


Customize Header or Footer

  • Click on Header or Footer in the worksheet

  • Go to Header & Footer Tools tab > Design tab
