Customize Quick Access Toolbar

Add most frequently used commands on the Toolbar

Do one of the following:

  • Click the down arrow on the Quick Access Toolbar > select commands from the drop down list of the Customize Quick Access Toolbar

  • Right click on any command under command tabs > click Add to Quick Access Toolbar

  • If the commands are not listed in Customize Quick Access Toolbar drop down menu, do the following:

    • Choose More Commands from the drop down menu 

    • In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, select desired commands from the PowerPoint Options dialog box > click Add button

 

Remove commands on the Toolbar 

  • Right click on the command

  • Click Remove from Quick Access Toolbar
