Run the slideshow
Access to presentation mode

Do one of the following:

On the keyboard, press F5
-
Go to Slide Show tab > Start Slide Show group > click From Beginning to start from the first slide of the presentation slideshow

The first slide of the presentation will be displayed in full screen

Navigate in presentation mode

To move to the next slide, press the right arrow key or SPACEBAR key on the keyboard

To go back the previous slide, press the left arrow key
-
To go to beginning of slideshow, press HOME key on the keyboard

To jump to a specific slide or section, do the following:

Right click on the current slide
-
Select either Go to Slide or Go to Section on the shortcut menu


Hide/Display slides in presentation mode

To hide the slide and display it as a black/white screen, press B key (for black screen) and W key (for white screen) on the keyboard

To display the hidden slide again, tap the same letter again to return the slide to normal
Use Annotation feature in presentation mode
- Right-click anywhere on the slide
- Point to Pointer Options on the shortcut menu ð select a desired following options:

Pen
-
Click and drag the red dot to underline or draw on the slide
-
The mouse cursor/pointer turns into a very red dot
-
Highlighter
-
The mouse cursor/pointer turns into a yellow upper rectangular

Click and drag the yellow dot to highlight text on the slide

Ink Color - change the color of the current annotation tool
-
Eraser - manually remove annotations on the current slide
-
Erase All Ink on Slide - automatically remove all annotations on the current slide

To save or remove all annotations in the presentation slideshow, select Keep to save them on the slide(s) for further use or Discard to delete them on the slide(s) with Microsoft PowerPoint dialog box that appears at the end of the slideshow
