Track Changes
When collaborating with others on a Word document, the tracking changes feature allow to track each insertion, deletion, move, formatting change or comment made by the author or other users so that the author can review all the changes or each user’s change. Then, the author can decide to accept or reject proposed changes in a document
Change setting of Tracking Changes feature

Go to Review tab > Tracking group > click on Tracking Changes

Select Change Tracking Options

- In the Tracking Changes Options dialog box, modify settings for Tracking Changes feature

Review, accept or reject changes in the document
Review each tracked change and comment in sequence

Go to Review tab > Changes group > click on Next or Previous

Do one of the following:

In the Changes group, click Accept.

In the Changes group, click Reject.

In the Comments group, click Delete.

Accept or reject changes and delete comments until there are no more tracked changes or comments in the document
Accept all changes at the same time

Go to Review tab > Changes group > click on Next or Previous

Click the arrow below Accept > select Accept All Changes in Document
Reject all changes at the same time

Go to Review tab > Changes group > click on Next or Previous

Click the arrow below Reject > select Reject All Changes in Document
