Save Spreadsheet as a PDF File
1. Press command + P (⌘P)
2. In the Print dialog box, click PDF button and choose Save as PDF
3. In the Save dialog box, do the following
- Select a destination to save the PDF file
- Click Save button
4. Excel displays an error message dialog box, click Use .pdf button
