Set and Remove Print Areas
You can define the print areas to limit the data you want to print
Set and print a defined print area
1. Select the range of cells that you want to print
TIP Hold down control key to select multiple print areas on the worksheet
2. From the Menu Bar, click File go to Print Area and choose Set Print Area

3. Click anywhere on the active sheet to see Excel define the print area with the set of blue-dotted lines that indicates the edges of the print area

4. To increase or decrease the size of the print area, move the mouse pointer to the blue-dotted line and then drag the line to add or decrease the rows or columns

5. Press command + P (⌘P)
Remove print area
1. From the Menu Bar, click File go to Print Area and choose Clear Print Area
2. The print area will remove from the worksheet
