Print Notes, Handouts, and Slides
Print One or Multiple Slides
1. Do one of the following:
- Press command + P (⌘+P)
- From the Menu Bar, click File > choose Print

2. In the Print dialog box, next to Slides, select From options > type the number of the slide or the range of slides that you want to print in the From and to boxes
NOTE If you don't see this option, click the arrow
to expand the Print dialog box
3. Click Print button

Print Selected Slides
1. Do one of the following:
- In the Navigation Pane, select the slides that you want to print
- At the bottom of the Navigation Pane, click the Slide Sorter button > select the slides that you want to print
TIP To select the slides that you want to print, hold down command (⌘) as you click the slides
2. From the Menu Bar, click File > choose Print

3. In the Print dialog box, under Slides, choose Selected Slides option
NOTE If you don't see this option, click the arrow to expand the Print dialog box
4. Click Print button

Print All Slides
1. Do one of the following:
- Press command + P (⌘+P)
- From the Menu Bar, click File > choose Print

2. In the Print dialog box, next to Slides, select All option
NOTE If you don't see this option, click the arrow to expand the Print dialog box
3. Click Print button

Print a Handout That Contains Three Slides and Space for Notes
1. Do one of the following:
- Press command + P (⌘+P)
- From the Menu Bar, click File > choose Print

2. In the Print dialog box, next to Slides, click the Print What list down arrow > select Handout (3 slides per page)
NOTE
- If you don't see this option, click the arrow
to expand the Print dialog box - The other handout options do not create a space for notes
3. Click Print button

Print Slides Including Speaker Notes
1. Do one of the following:
- Press command + P (⌘+P)
- From the Menu Bar, click File > choose Print

2. In the Print dialog box, click the Print What list down arrow > select Notes
NOTE If you don't see this option, click the arrow
to expand the Print dialog box
3. The preview of the slide with the Speaker Notes is displayed on the Preview area
4. Click Print button

Print a Presentation in Grayscale or Black-and-White
1. Do one of the following:
- Press command + P (⌘+P)
- From the Menu Bar, click File > choose Print
2. In the Print dialog box, click the Output list down arrow > choose Grayscale or Black and White
NOTE
- If you don’t see this option, click the arrow
to expand the Print dialog box - Objects in your presentation appear in the following ways
3. Click Print button
