Rearrange the Order of Slides
The order of the slides is an important key to presenting ideas successfully to the audience because it leads them down a path which persuades them of the presenter’s cause without confusing or distracting them.
Normal View
1. Click on Normal View button
2. At the top of the Navigation Pane, click Slides tab > click any slide thumbnail and drag it to the desired location
Slide Sorter View
1. Click Slide Sorter View button
2. Click any slide thumbnail and drag it to the desired location
TIP Slide Sorter View is a great view for rearrange multiple slides at once time
- Click a slide thumbnail
- Hold down SHIFT key and click other slide thumbnails
- Drag them to a desired location
