Set Page Margins, Page Orientation and Page Size
Three Page Layout settings: Margins, Page Orientation, and Page Size are all used to determine how the document will look when it is printed
Set Page Margins
Margins are the blank space around the edges of a page
1. From Ribbon, go to Layout tab > Margins group > click on Margins
2. Select desired options from the drop down list
- Normal – one inch all the way around the document (default setting)
- Narrow – a half inch all the way around the document
- Moderate – leaves large margins at the top and the bottom of the document
- Wide – leaves wide margins at the left and right side of the document (used for revising the document)
- Mirrored – give an inch-and-a-quarter on the left odd numbered pages, and on the right of even numbered pates, the side where a three-hole punch would be

Change Page Orientation
1. From the Ribbon, go to Layout tab > Page Setup group > click on Orientation
2. Select the desired option Portrait or Landscape

Choose Page Size
1. From the Ribbon, go Layout tab > Page Setup group > click on Size
2. Select the desired page size from the dropdown
