Get help with the Help menu
The Help menu is used for searching commands that are available somewhere in menus
- On the Menu Bar, click Help menu

In the search field, enter the keyword

Menu Items – indicates if there is any command in menus contained that keyword
- When you move over the cursor to it, the blue arrow will appear to show you where that command is located

Help Topics – contain Apple’s online help

When you click one of Help topics, the Help Center will open to show you the information you are looking for
