Find Issues in Troubleshooting Control Panel
Windows 7 includes a number of troubleshooting tools to help you find and even fix issues related to hardware or software

Click Start button

In the Start menu, enter “trouble” in the Search field

Click an appropriate troubleshooting options under Control Panel section

When you make a selection on the list of troubleshooting options, you can go to any of these other selections from the screen you choose by clicking Troubleshooting link

There are a number of different categories to choose from the Troubleshooting Control Panel

Select a desired troubleshooting option from the main category or directly from their sub-categories and follow the prompt windows to resolve the problems
