Print Files from Windows Explorer

In Windows 7, files can be printed directly from Windows because Windows 7 will temporarily launch the application that the files have been created in to print it to the default printer

  • Open Windows Explorer

  • Click a desired file to select it

  • Do one of the following:

    • Click Print button on the Toolbar

    • Click File menu > Print

    • Right click on the selected file and choose Print from the shortcut menu
