Theatre Equipment Rentals
The following items are available for rental from the Metro State Theatre Department. See each item below for photo and rental rates. Be sure to read the Terms of Rental Agreement information below the list of items.

Terms of Rental:
Items borrowed are the responsibility of the borrower until they are returned to Metro State Production Manager. DO NOT return equipment to any other location unless you have made specific arrangements with the lending agent.
Borrowed items are to be returned in the same or better condition than when they were borrowed. If an item is to be altered during the loan period (painted, reupholstered, etc.), the borrower must receive permission and a note to that effect will be made on the list of borrowed items at the time of pickup. All alterations must be done in a workmanlike manner. Shoddy alterations or alterations made without prior permission will be considered damaged and the borrower agrees to pay the cost of repair on receipt of the invoice showing the College's cost. In the event the item is not returned, orrower agrees to pay the college the full value of the item within 60 days from the rental closiong date.
Borrower takes the items "as is", without warranty of any kind or nature whatsoever as to their condition, maintenance, or fitness for the intended purpose. Borrower assumes all risks associated with the use of the items, and indemnifies and releases Metropolitan State College of Denver and its employees and agents from liability and claims of any kind arising from the use of the borrowed items.
Metro State reserves the right to refuse to lend its equipment to anyone at its sole discretion.
Shipping: It is the responsibility of the renting organization to arrange pick up/delivery or pay for shipping charges for the rental.
