Metropolitain State College of Denver Alum Wayne F. Marshall recently won the 2008 Martin Luther King Jr. Peace award! Congratulations!

We have made updates to the computers in the lab and we have some new technology availble for student use. The Topaz, (our new CCTV's) comes to us from Freedom Scientific, and has a number of new features for those who are in need of greater customization! We also now have JAWS 8.0 and ZoomText 9.1 available. These new softwares have better compatibility with the new Microsoft Office 2007 suite, which allows you to more easily format documents, such as a new feature that helps you more consistantly format your bibliographies to match the style (such as MLA and APA) required for specific writing assignments.
