CFDA
Number
- Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance Number. This is a Continuing
Support - An award where the funder initially pays for a specified
period of time, usually a year and also provides a letter of intent for
support in following time periods. Endowments
- Funds or property donated to an institution, individual, or Fellowships
- A financial grant made to a faculty member of student in Foundations
- An institution founded and supported by an endowment. Funder

Network - Grant Authorization and Information Network. This is an Grant
- giving of funds for a specific purpose (According to Matching
Funds - In order to receive this type of award an individual or organization
must match the funding provided by the original source with an equal amount

Statement - A general statement of the type of organization, agency,
or other body, its main purpose, and its values. Often called "statement
of purpose." Some organizations also state the values that guide
