Technical Problems

Don't be fooled. You cannot teach online without dealing with technical problems. Since you are the mediator of your course, all of your student's technical problems will come to you. Prepare for this ahead of time. If you feel you don't have the technical knowledge to solve their problems, find someone to help you. Talk to one of your colleagues, a student or make a friend in the IT department and ask them to help respond to some of your e-mail.
