Inadequate Feedback

Online learning frustrates students when they do not receive adequate feedback to help them understand the content or how to finish their work. Online courses are convenient because you can teach from anywhere. However, class is in session 24 hours a day. You cannot walk away from the class for a few days and expect everyone to be happy when you return. Also, keep in mind that most online students are adults with jobs and they will be doing their course work on the weekends. Check you e-mail every day and check the discussion forum at least every other day.
