Overwhelming E-mail and Discussions

Group projects online require a lot of e-mail. Students can get overloaded with all of the e-mails from different group members. Also, discussion threads can get very complicated and it's difficult to keep track of everything that has been said. Encourage the students to set boundaries within their group and schedule specific time periods with a cut off date for discussion forums.
