Deal with Troublemakers

To deal with troublemakers in your course:

• Stay calm. Do not take any comments personally.
  
• Direct all comments to the individual.
  
• Do not threaten.
  
• Point out the negative behavior.
  
• Give suggestions for more constructive behavior.
  
• Take decisive action. Make sure to keep records of everything.
  
• Reward good behavior of other students. Give them a bonus for following the rules.
