Scenario #5

A series of essay questions have been posted to the forum. Students are to complete the questions and submit them to the forum for a grade. Two files from two different students are almost exactly the same. The instructor sends an e-mail to the two students. They respond that they met and worked together to complete the questions. The assignment did not specify that the work needed to be done individually. The instructor just assumed that online students would not meet.
