FACILITIES, FOOD SERVICES and ACTIVITIES

The Auraria Faculty/Staff Club serves breakfast and lunch for members and their guests each day that morning classes are in session. Continental breakfasts are available at the Club each morning and full breakfasts are available by calling ahead at 303-556-3678. Lunches include hot entrees, vegetarian selections, a salad and sandwich bar, soup of the day, deserts, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and beer & wine. Members are provided with a menu by email each day the Club is open. Special lunches are provided before major holidays throughout the year and are announced in the Club newsletter. Also, before semester breaks and at special holidays free desserts are available for members and their guests

During the Summer Semester weekly barbecues are held on the lawn behind the Club. The barbecues are available to all Auraria faculty and staff, not just for members and their guests. A barbecue schedule is sent to members at the end of the Spring Semester.

All Club food is provided by Kay's Place Catering owned by Kay Garcia. Kay is also the Club hostess and may be contacted by calling 303-556-3678. Kay's Place Catering is also available for catering special events on the Auraria Campus.

The Club sponsors special activities throughout the year including gourmet dinners, dinner and play evenings, and other events. See the Club Calendar for a list of special events.
