About the Association
The Metro State Alumni Association is a non-dues based non-profit organization. Upon graduation from Metro State, you automatically become a member of the association. Today the Alumni Association boasts over 60,000 members, and still counting!
Activating your membership
To remain an active member of the association and to continue the full use of your benefits, please be sure to fill out an alumni update form when your address or contact information changes. New graduates may activate their membership and apply to keep their Metro State email accounts by filling out the new grad survey.
Working for you
The Alumni Association is committed to advancing our College's welfare and continually enhancing the value of your Metro State degree. Acting on behalf of Metro State alumni, the Association's elected Board of Directors take action to:
- Provide programs and services that meet the diverse needs of our constituents
- Create and maintain a spirit of fellowship and goodwill among all alumni
- Encourage alumni to get involved with their College
- Fund raise to support the activities of the Alumni Association & College
Annual Meeting
Each year the Alumni Association hosts it's annual business meeting. This provides alumni an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year, receive progress updates on Association goal and initiatives, recognize the recipients of the alumni scholarship, participate in the election of new board members and officers, and network with fellow Metro State grads. All active members of the alumni association receive an invitation an ballot via mail. Not receiving information? Fill out the alumni update form so we can add your correct address to the database!
