Alumni Action Task Force (AATF) The Alumni Action Task Force, formed to "swing the alumni bat" on behalf of Metro State, successfully leveraged the signing of House Bill 1165 in June 2002 which established independence for the College. Now, under the leadership of an independent governing board, Metropolitan State College of Denver calls on its alumni to continue their support by influencing higher education legislation.
