Please start with the CAMP Checklist ( which includes ALL forms required for acceptance to the program).

CAMP accepts applications year round for every semester, (fall, spring, and summer) deadlines for acceptance to the program are:

Spring 2008 - December 3,2007

Summer 2008 - April 25, 2008
