Overview

The Department of Communication Arts and Sciences offers Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Journalism, Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences, and Speech Communication. Emphases in the Journalism program include BA degrees in Photojournalism, News & Editorial, or Public Relations. The Speech Communication program offers BA emphases in Communication Theory, Organizational Communication, Public Address & Rhetoric, or Broadcasting. In addition, students may pursue their degree with a focus in Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences.
