Candace welcomed the group, and participants introduced themselves.
Jane and Clark reported on year one activities. Everything is
on schedule. The research was completed during the summer and
further data analyses are being completed.
Kris demonstrated the use of Flash technology and how it might
be used in the development of the Pepsi Center. Much feedback
was received and included:
- Including map tracking actual location from Panoscan
- Having the tour directed
- Providing decision making opportunities
- Including readily available problem solving information
The timeline for production was discussed. Since the Pepsi Center
subjects will probably be from clinical settings, a longer time
line for data collection is needed. Therefore, the Pepsi Center
should be ready for usability testing by mid-January with the
research portion of the grant beginning by February 1. Simultaneously,
Winter Park production will be occurring so that we can gather
the media elements this winter and put together the web site in
late spring/early summer.
Scott Houck was recognized for his efforts on the CATT project,
and the socializing began!
