Present: Tara Tull, Russell Reynolds, Yvonne Flood, Richard Jividen, Mary Lou Van Voorhis, Larry Worster, Denise Schuette, David Bernstein, Alton Clark

Absent: Maureen Johnson, Ellen Boswell, Donnita Wong, Julie Mancuso, Katherine Goldberg, Ellen Boswell

1. Continuation of discussion to identify COA goals for upcoming year. Richard and Katherine are working on a survey for all Administrators; Denise Schuette will explore publishing the survey using the Footprints web tool.

2. The COA will send out updated COA by-laws for approval by the campus community. Denise will explore using the Footprints platform to distribute the changes to all administrators and for collecting votes on the by-law changes.

3. Committee reports were minimal at this time. Ellen Boswell will serve on Strategic Planning Committee. Yvonne Flood and Maureen Johnson will serve on the Handbook Committee. Tara Tull will serve on the Pay for Performance Committee, as well as another steering committee rep to be named later.

4. Larry Worster has identified a URL for a COA website, Larry and Russell will continue to work on this website.
