MSU Denver faculty and staff can receive discounted rates at the SpringHill Suites Denver Downtown at Metro State and help raise funds for the new Hospitality Learning Center at the same time.

The discounted rates are based on availability. The weekday rate is $149 and the weekend rate is $119. The discounts are not offered when the hotel is close to being sold out or there is a large convention in downtown Denver.

The hotel’s net revenue, after coverage of debt service and hotel operating expenses, goes to the MSU Denver Foundation to support scholarships.
