Apr 2, 2009

Metro State students have their pick of seven completely different study-abroad courses they can earn academic credit for taking this May, June or July.

The two-to-four-week courses range from Borneo Ecotourism to Galapagos Field Experience to Plein Air Painting in France. The academic departments involved are Hospitality, Tourism and Events; Modern Languages; Earth and Atmospheric Science; Biology and Art.

Financial aid is available for students who qualify; contact Brian Hultgren, assistant director of financial aid loans, 303-556-4511 or hultgren@mscd.edu.

To learn more about the summer courses as well as about the international studies concentration offered through Metro State’s Individualized Degree Program, contact Carrie Bennett, study abroad advisor, 303-352-7001 or cbenne32@mscd.edu.
