The AHEC Access Control Shop will offer extended hours and an additional location from Jan. 21 – Feb. 8 for ID card encoding and fob pick up.
Staff will be available in the Facilities Services Building, 1156 7th Street, and in SI 1024 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays; and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays. Each location closes from noon until 12:45 p.m. M-F.
Access Control staff asks that those needing to acquire card encoding and fob pickup ensure they have obtained the proper authorization and have proper identification. The cards or fobs are used by faculty, staff and certain students who have authorized access to rooms.
Facilities Services also offers extended hours for dispatch operations to open doors for authorized personnel who are unable to get into a room. Staff will be available to answer dispatch telephone calls only at 303-556-4296.
