Metro State students won’t go hungry this summer with the food bank on their side.

The Metro State Food Bank will be offering six nonperishable food items each week to anyone with a valid college ID or summer schedule.

Located in Sigi’s Pool Hall in the Tivoli, the food bank is open Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Next week, however, they will be open Monday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., rather than on June 10-11.

As always, the food bank is accepting donations during the summer semester.
