Metro State’s Intercollegiate Athletics program has received the NCAA Division II Community Engagement Award in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) for its "Building Bridges to the Community" program.

Campus Recreation’s new Fitness Loft is proving to be quite a hit. A core functional training room, the loft features an eight-station, free-motion circuit, medicine balls, kettlebells and many other pieces of equipment that help to work on agility, balance and strength.
